Country Style Boneless Pork Ribs

Country Style Boneless Pork Ribs

A family favorite BBQ dish.

Ingredients

  • Country Style Boneless Pork Ribs (1 tray 5-6 ribs)
  • 1.5 – 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1.5 – 2 tsp Chipotle Chile Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1.5 – 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Steps

  1. Add all dry rub ingredients to a container (preferably with a snap on lid) and mix.
  2. Add ribs and shake to fully cover ribs then set aside for 30 minutes at room temperature then shake to re-coat meat and set aside for an additional 15-30 minutes
  3. Pre-Heat propane grill on low to approximately 300 F.  Then place ribs on grill and cook using direct heat for 30 minutes, turn ribs and change to indirect heat for an additional 1-1.5 hours.  Ribs are done when they reach an internal temperature of 160 F.  Optionally return to direct heat for the last 5-10 minutes of cooking.

Notes

All dry rub ingredients are approximate and should be adjusted for your taste preference.

As shown in photo served with my semi-homemade BBQ Sauce, Homemade Cream Corn with Jalapeno, and Homemade Potato Salad.
