Easy Gourmet Mac-n-Cheese
Easy, delicious semi-homemade mac-n-cheese made with goat cheese and garlic salt. Who ever said gourmet had to be difficult?
Ingredients
- 1 box (any brand) of boxed mac-n-cheese
- Replace milk with heavy cream
- 1/2 cup rumbled goat cheese
- 1-2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- ¼ cup sliced green onion
Steps
- Prepare mac-n-cheese per instructions on box (use heavy cream in place of the milk)
- Add in goat cheese, green onion, garlic salt, and onion powder to taste.
